    Currently email complaint comments are at 16,491. As a long term unemployed engineer, I have time on my hands, I will take the complaint numbers to 1,000,000,000,000 unless the old email return in 24 hrs

    RETURN to OLD mail format, at your cost, or get out of the email business as this new format sucks, give us 10 days to delate our email

    why are we being forced into this new format? I like NOTHING about it? Please give the option to return to the classic format. I did not voluntarily make the switch but seems I've been moved there anyway.

    The new mail is AWFUL AND UNUSABLE. It has made working so much more difficult. The stream of messages makes it hard to filter through individual mail that is important. You can no longer file individual mail, the whole thread goes with it. All the notes have disappeared so now you need 2 browsers open to find notes which is where most people store stock responses - this isn't even possible to access on mobile but that's a whole other disaster. Please give us a comparable format to the classic version as an option.

    The new mail is terrible. The old Classic mail would give suggestions of who else to add to an e-mail. The new mail does not do this or gives you random contacts to add. Also in the new mail, when I search for an old e-mail, once I find that mail, I cannot see into which file folder I had filed that particular mail. Please fix it.

    Ridiculous to have to keep getting a code just to sign in my own email. Older version was better.

    Classic mail met the needs perfectly, there is no need for changes or a new email program. Please give the option for the classic format.

    The new format is unworkable, the page is messy, attachments from previous emails in a thread are shown and leave no space to see the latest message received. If not something to fix this is not done very soon I will shut down the account after over 15 years.
