    With so many people protesting the change, I don't understand what Yahoo perceives itself to be ding "to make them even more useful." Making yahoo.mail LESS user friendly makes no sense at all!

    I mistakenly switched to enhanced because I didn't know what it was. I have been using "Basic Mail" for years. I want to return to it. Where is the switch between this new **** Yahoo mail back to Basic Mail?

    Yahoo has NOTHING to be proud of with this "enhanced" gay mail theme NONSENSE. I want Basic Mail. How do I get to it?

    I'll get emails on my app on the phone before I can view them on an actual desktop on yahoomail. Thats just crazy. I appreciate that yahoo has held on to my many years of emails, but I think its time for me to start finding another primary service.

    my issue is with printing. I get dispatch to my job and when I want to print out my job the spacing between lines is close to 3 to4 spaces. why?? it takes 2 to 3 pages to print now where the old format took one. Irritating as all ****

    I can't view all my e-mail like before so i just sent all these important e-mails into my spam folder and now i can't find them this new format SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The is no way to get to the classic version of email from the new 'improved' version. I can't stand it. How do I get back to the classic email version?

    My mailbox changed to the new format this morning (without my choosing to do so), and my whole computer basically locked up for about half-an-hour. It is working again, but I often cannot open my individual emails. I can get into my mailbox, but the individual emails refuse to open. This is the second time that all of this has happened. This is my business email, and I cannot afford to have these problems. The old mail was fine! Please leave me on the old format email. Thanks

    The way to improve it is to abandon it completely as not providing the ease of use and simplicity of design that the previous version did.

    Go back to a more simple layout. The new layout is a complete nightmare. And btw, doesn't seem like I'm leaving feedback, just adding to all the unhappy comments.

    Like many people we worked for a company that was family friendly that gave their employees extra things to keep them happy. Management and employees worked together. Management started taking things away from their employees. The family friendly and management kept slipping apart. Products being sent out were not sent out on time or was very late getting to this destination. Management was losing money until then starting asking the employees what the problem was. The employees said that we always got the products out the door on time or before and also went that extra mile for the company. Being the extra the company gave them kept them happy. The company gave back what they took away and added more benefits. The company is now having record sales and it is growing it’s business.

    Yahoo (Oath) New Email is in away starting to see the same effect except people are leaving for a better email service. With people leaving because of the new email they in turn will not be seeing the advertising that is on the new email. Advertisers will start pulling their ads and go to where they can make money with more people seeing their ads. People are not seeing anything being done to let them have Classic not Basic email back on the post here that they will take to social media had post there. I would not be surprised if some people post on the advertisers media page about the New Yahoo Email. I myself have seen the ads, went to their site and made purchases but that will be changing. Yahoo (Oath) should look hard at either bringing back the Classic not Basic email or do something to fix the problems of this new email service. Mostly my eyes can’t handle the email page but could on Classic.
