    Ok, I'm very confused here. I complained yesterday about the change. This morning my email was back to the original version for most of the day. I just took a break from work for a few hours and signed back in. Surprise, surprise back to the new format again!! I don't think you understand how confusing the new format is after multiple years of the old. Please just leave well enough alone or I will be forced to switch to someone else. Sad, I have been a loyal user for many years.

    I will change my email. This new format is confusing, a waste of time, horrible. Just RETURN ME\

    You are servicing small businesses, like me, that need to be efficient. How is it that we cannot have more than one emails open at the same time? You STILL only have "vacation" when "Out of Office" would be so much appropriate and it should be easier (like it used to be) to activate vacation notices. I cannot tell you how poor this new platform is.

    GIVE us back our old format. PLEASE!!

    It has too many distracting elements and makes simple tasks more time-consuming.

    AGREED - this is also too small I cant see anything and I dont see where I can change my font size - bad for the eyes and I have paid/webhosting and email for 12 years ready to go to GoDaddy, some of my customers use them and I dont even like them but I cant read this ****

    Go back to old way. I don't like the view and hard to erase emails

    It's okay to retire older versions, Just make the new version format like the old format. The current new version format and settings are terrible and just all screwed up. And when I send an email I don't like it to show it was sent by "me", I want it to show it was sent by my email address.

    So I followed their instructions but It doesn't show the button anywhere as it does on their picture. Outdated pic much? **** this support, It ain't helping unless you pay.

    The new format SUCKS! It looks as awful as gmail, which is the biggest reason I don't use gmail!! Yahoo, remember -- If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!

    There is a description of how to switch to Classic on the website and it doesn't work.

    At least give us a choice to go back if you must "improve" your product. or better yet, kill this terrible new version and give back Basic Mail.

    New view is terrible. I would rather have the page view like before , so I can delete page by page not all or nothing.

    Switch back to the old format. It was easier on the eyes, easier to navigate, and (most importantly) I was able to find what I wanted quickly. This format is horrible.

    Bring back the option of the Classic email, please.
