    If it is not broken I do not see why it had to be fixed?? Please return to the old format. Looks like I am not alone in this thought process but it appears our opinions do not matter as of yet!!

    WE HAVE BEEN YAHOO USER FOR 25-30 YEARS. THIS EMAIL FORMAT IS VERY VERY BAD. IT LOOKS LIKE TO MAKE USERS MORE CONFUSINT AND NOT EASY TO USE.

    YAHOO HAS BEEN DOWN TURN DUE TO MANY " BLANK" MIND OF YAHOO MANAGEMENT. WE NEED THE OLD STYLE YAHOO BACK!

    I have to regroup all my groups???!!!! WTF??? I have 1200 contacts in 50+ groups.

    I 100% agree. If you are unable to restore back at least provide us with a plain option. All of those colors really hurt my eyes and make my email hard to see.

    new format is cumbersome and slow - adds no functionality. please just switch back to the classic format!!

    I got switched to the new format and I don't have the option to switch back to the classic mail. I don't like the new look and feel and would like to go back to the classic mail. Please advise.

    i can't open attachments! So frustrating that I have to forward my yahoo mail to gmail just to open a pdf.

    In my opinion the new is not user friendly, I find the presentation requires multiple scrolling left, right, up, & down to simply read a message and dispose of it, the type size is so large as to overwhelming and navigation my inbox on my desktop iMac one of the most difficult tasks I've encountered in web based software.
    i'm a retired software engineer (40 + years in the business) and would rate the interface as user hostile at best user surly. Is it a marketing ploy to get your users to purchase a user friendly version?

    i had everything set up in a way that worked and this new version ruined it

    why not small incremental changes. So people can adjust

    why would you totally ***** up your product

    I need to switch back to the old format. What you have done to the format is confusing and misleading. This format is not for email it is for some other type of info collecting and grouping or something that does not have to do with email. The way you have changed the email format has made things worse then they ever have been. I have been using yahoo mail for 15 years and am going to find another email service. This is hurting my business.

    Changing the font size by holding ctrl & + key changes the font for the whole computer size, not just in Yahoo. So that is a baloney answer. Fix it so we can change the font size to emphasize a word. Better yet, just give us back our old format!!!

    Save your huge pictures, tiny print for kids. I have no-frills e-mail to do what I need, not to be hunting everywhere for what I need

    I must have signed up for this unknowingly. I am a check the email type of person, so I have no idea what the value is and therefore would prefer returning to a more simple format that does not cost me money!

    Time is not on our side. With this new email today took it to save a draft over a minute. New is not faster.
