    Your new format is just so difficult for me to follow, in other words as far as I'm concerned it stinks....pardon my course language.
    I do not like it & definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Right now I can't access my Contacts list, I can't even find it........M. Henderson Canberra Australia

    I find the new format very confusing. Also the words on the dark are too bright. I to just return
    to my old format. Can you do this by Monday Feb 25th. I would appreciate it. Thank you.

    WTF as of 2-24-2019 any and all methods to go back to normal classic mail GUI have been disabled and support is, as one would expect - useless.

    Refresh on this new format lags. I get email inbox notifications via your cellphone app waaay sooner (minutes) than this version. Additionally, I've also noticed that the spam folder icon on the dashboard doesn't indicate whether the folder has spam in it or not - bug?

    All my filters are gone after switching to the new format. And no way of adding new filters. The Views option is not adequate AT ALL!! The filtering option (when it was available) would not allow multiple criteria which was kind of dumb. My inbox has gotten insane and I am not able to get at the important emails that I need to see easily.

    Just come back to the old format and please cancel the notification "Basta un clic per aggiornare la tua casella di posta in arrivo" that prevent seeing my folders. Thanks really a lot.

    What's wrong with the add section? Goes wide when leave than goes back to original size? Annoying!!

    Too many Ads taking over site. If I'm searching for a site I know how to find it. I'm not excited with any of the choices the options provided. Tired of seeing ads/places sites I've been on. And the layout is not professional. Meaning doesn't have that professional look. Its broken down in layouts and you can only go so far as deleting emails. Don't like my computer to taken over by ads and unwanted sites. Please clean it up.
