    Hi, When I am in the yahoo inbox page and I click to open and view the email, it takes me to the email page and my curser is directly above the senders name which pops up a small window with his details. I dont want that because I have to now move the curser to see what is written because mostly the window covers part of the body of the email. At this point in time I just want to read the email and nothing else. Please sort this. Thanks

    I did not ask for this. I can not see all of my email. I need to go back to the old format or drop this mail service.

    I just signed up for yahoo for the first time ever. I want to have forwarding set up. But from what I've read it's only possible to set up with the old format. Can I get the old format?

    I join all these people who would prefer to stay in the old format. You gave instructions how to go back to the old format, but it doesn't work. I will probably cancel my yahoo email if I am not allowed to use the old format.

    I wonder if Yahoo did any Beta testing of this awful roll out. If they did then they must have done it on robots. The dame thing is ugly, it does not work properly, it is a lot slower than the format it replaced, it is inefficient when it comes to searching, archiving and moving files to other folders. I am working hard to find something positive about this move from the end user's point of view and I am failing to find one. This is a good way of making a mediocre product even more problematic. Help, help, this not good for the users health.

    I want classic back now. I just changed it so I can print some emails out. WHY are we not able to go back to classic. This version is awful

    The new format is a copy of Google Mail -- i.e., anything but user friendly.

    Switch back to the previous format. If you won't, then at least allow me to choose which account is default. STOP changing it when it works fine.

    I've been with Yahoo for 19 years but I'm afraid it's time to move on, I hate the new mail formate.
