    I hate the new format- email chains are so confusing now. I don't have the button to switch back. I don't know how anyone though this would be an improvement.

    I am a paying business customer and not only have you switched me to new mail in my many accounts for the one billiionth time, now you take away the option to revert back IMPACTING MY ABILITY TO WORK. I am not a free yahoo customer I am a PAYING BUSINESS CUSTOMER.

    Please return the option of the old format -- I don't need the icons and color of the new version -- annoying! Plus angry that you forced me to delete the old app and load a new one by not allowing me to see my inbox.

    Really having a hard time reading email. Please make an easy to find option for Yahoo Mail Classic, like YouTube does.
