    wondering why none of your user experience team give you a heads-up of the nonsensical mailbox setting. if you are serving a customer with an email service, it better be friendly! this version of your mailbox is too bad and complicated. its like you are at cliff's edge! one wrong move and the entire action collapses! what made you come to a conclusion that this was acceptable!

    Looks like you are wanting to prove who is the boss!!

    The option under Settings>Switch back to classic Mail is also taken down!

    Don't you think it was very clear from global customers that we are unhappy with your so-called innovation/ new version!

    White on dark is a NIGHTMARE for any eyes over 40 years old. This is commonly known. Give me back dark on light background. I have been a loyal customer for years now. This is crazy.

    When I try to send an email message from Outlook I get an error message: Requested mail action not taken: mailbox unavailable. I have tried to find a way to correct this on Yahoo Email, but the instructions for switching back to the old format do NOT match the screen that comes up -- there is no button for "switch me back" after going to Settings.

    We don't want your support. We just want what has been working for years specifically without your support. That is the point. We don't want you to dictate how we view our accounts. We the customer don't matter though. Peace

    Where in the 'New' Mail folders is the Option to RENAME? It's not there. I Need to Rename a Folder

    Why do you change from the Classic Mail to a New One, when the Old one has better features and is more functional?

    Spell check worked in the previous format but not the current format.

    Fix you program so spell check will work within email. My spell check works everywhere except withing my email. That is on you and not within my settings.

    Let me hide the folders to an icon view so I have more screen space for reading emails.

    Let me resize the message layout column. It takes up too much space and lessens the preview view.

    The new version of mail does not let me select REPLY TO ALL after I've started a reply. The previous version had it and it was useful. Thanks!! PS - I like the new Yahoo email.

    AND YAHOO WILL NOT CHANGE OR LISTEN!!! Keep ignoring our suggestions and lots of pepole will be dropping your Yahoo system

    Not sure why this was removed. all it shows it some auto generated card message but I can't edit it or add an email to contacts like before

    There is no point in complaint.
    Overwhelming votes against do not matter.
    Being 20+ year users does not matter.
    Being able to read your emails does not matter.
    Convenience does not matter.
    Giving the appearance of improvement matters.(Change for change sake.)
    Protecting their jobs matters.
    That they can not make necessary upgrades seamlessly makes me wonder? How are they doing with security? Are they capable? Do they care about that any more than they care what we think of the new version? That makes me worry. Shouldn't have to worry or fight to use a basic email service.
    Currently yahoo mail is the only one I use. It will be a royal pain to change all my bills, log-ins, notifications, etc to something else. It will take a long time to get them all, but I feel I have no choice.

    The last format was the best. This newest one is total garbage. Not attractive or easy on the eyes. Not customizable enough.

    Please, I would like to return to the old one, because this new one makes everything very confusing and difficult.

    The help page that Yahoo gives to get your old email back does not work because the icons it displays and asks you to click on do not exist on the new Yahoo email so it's pointless and frustrating. The new email is so basic it's unreal. I cannot believe that Yahoo have not given the option to go back to classic email or sorted the problem properly. Clearly there is an issue that is being ignored.
