Unfortunately clicking on this click just takes you to some ridiculous pro mo for the new version of Yahoo mail and everything that it says the new mail delivers, just isn't the case. My email has none of the functions being promoted and I can't change the white screen which is bad for my dyslexia. It's clunky and difficult to use.yahoo need to listen to it's user's and sort it out.

New email is rubbish. the white interface cant be changed and as I have dyslexia it just doesnt work for me. It's really basic with none of the functions that Yahoo have displayed in the pro mo of the new yahoo email. Judging by the amount of others who are also feeding back about how rubbish it is, don't you think that Yahoo should be listening, hello, clearly there's a problem. Give me back my old email please, I cannot use this so called new improved version, It does not work for me and is most certainly not as Yahoo are selling it.

Please make MORE SETTINGS more visible. It appears to be muted text, gray. Make it larger and black or bold black text. I looked all over for filters and finally found a search option in help.

Why don't the spam and trash folders show numbers any more? If you don't show me a count I don't know there is anything in these folders.

Why can't I move a folder into a sub-folder in new mail? It worked fine in classic mail.

It would be nice if the trash button was still on the left of each message, next to the star. I find myself having to look back and forth to be sure I'm trashing a message I want to trash and not one I want to keep. It's slowed me down quite a bit.

INBOX visualization is not good for me: letter size too small and unread messages seem to be blur. I know you can pick the email size, but this is not enough due inbox is tiny. I have Email setting in large size and the inbox still very small.
Please make it bigger or allow user to modify first sight of the inbox text. Thanks -

Can not delete draft while writing, have to quit then select to delete. Also much slower than before, dont like the theme design.

I have a very very old Yahoo mail account - gupaz@yahoo.com - and I am trying to access it. I am not able, even though I got a verification code in my cell phone and introduced it correctly. Please, please help me! I really want to get my old account back :(
I also have another account - saraiva_luisa@yahoo.com - and this one is ok. But I have important things in my old "gupaz", and want it back, please! Thank you in advance! -

Why have you changed my email address from jansigvard@yahoo.com to jansigvard@yahoo.se. Now I can't access my pages where the username is jansigvard@yahoo.com.

Not sure how to fix it, but somebody at yahoo surely can. When it works good in classic, but not in the new on same computer, I either have an old computer, or something is wrong with the site.l.......Thanks

You can keep the older versions, but you just don't want to. If you were smart, you'd find a way to do it. Maybe I should just leave Yahoo altogether and go somewhere else!

Yes, I agree with this thread. I need the original version of Yahoo mail, not this new ****! I'm sorry, but I am old, and also had a close family die recently. Trying to learn to maneuver this new email format, is simply too overwhelming for me right now. I REALLY NEED THE ORIGINAL EMAIL FORMAT, not this new version. I have too much stress in my life and this is over the top for me. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Your new email format gives only the first name in the notification. For instance, if you have a friend named Keith such and such, and you see that a Keith has sent you an email but does not give last name,then it is suspicious and should not be opened . It happened to me today and I deleted a perfectly good email because of it. You must give the last name so that I can vet the email.
