    If you won't give us back the old mail, will you at least get rid of that giant "Compose" button where we used to click to refresh our inbox? Seriously, why did you do this to us? Did any of your development team ever take a UX class?

    new format cannot put my contacts in their groups, does not immediately save drafts and is no where near as easy to read and use as the old system, rubbish development

    you could do this on the older version why can't you do it on the new version!

    Previously could "hide" multiple email addresses and names when forwarding in the classic version of mail, but in the new version cannot do so. Not everyone wants their names and email address know! This is awful.

    Bonsoir, nous sommes nombreux à ne pas aimer leur nouveau format vraiment mal fouttu pas pratique, pas fonctionnel.
    yahoo mail, ancien et reste le meilleur,
    je ne parviens plus à y retourner,
    avez-vous bien choisi me conseiller, je craque, car l'ancienne version est accessible en basique, mais le fond blanc et mes yeux! (cliente depuis 2004 qui se lasse des mauvais essais)

    I am having problems with safari since having my yahoo mail automatically upgraded.

    Thank you for the information as I did not know the whole story behind this. I’m sure other people didn’t know this either. With this being said it’s time to look for a more user friendly email service.

    Change for the sake of change SUCKS! The new format absolutely sucks. Harder to read the screen, more white space means I see less at once. Unread count doesn't show total any more, just 999+

    Can't use arrows any more to scroll through attachments, have to click them one at a time. Pain in the @$$!

    Switch me back or I'm going to finally go elsewhere.

    I hate how I now have a new theme. I preferred classic. The new one is harder to see and use. I showed up to check my mail and all of the sudden a theme screen opens. i hit X and it switched to a new theme anyway! And now I can't revert back to classic! Why? I hate this.

    Having both my emails listed on left side is nice, like that. The rest I could do without. I liked the rest before, and the color scheme was better. Easier on my eyes. The white in new, even on the medium setting is blindingly bright!! Please fix that. I would rather have things as before than feel like I am going blind.

    Yahoo Mail - Misplaced comment Intended for the Draft Category -

    My previous "comment" in this section entitled "Yahoo Mail - Use of saved mail in Draft does not delete the old version of that mail" was erroneously placed. It had nothing to do with returning to the old versions of the software. Rather it was looking forward to either resolving a problem created by the new software with old data or identifying and explaining it to the unsuspecting user. AB0004.

    Oath has no regard for the needs of their users. We can see what they have done to Yahoo, and how Tumblr has been destroyed (all content that they have deemed "mature" has been removed by Oath.)

    Verizon is an Oath company; perhaps the most reasonable solution is to boycott Verizon, Yahoo, Tumblr and all other Oath companies - All of these companies refuses to read our feedback and especially how we want our internet "Services" to work.

    Oath companies no longer deserve our support.

    การเข้าใช้อีเมล์ยุ้งยากมาก ต้องใช้รหัสบนมือถือ บ้างครั้งมือถือเครื่องนั้้นไม่ได้ใช้ ซิมนั้นทิ้งไปนานแล้วจะเอารหัสที่ไหนมาใส่ อีเมล์นั้นเลยจบไม่ต้องใช้แม่มันเลยเฮ้อ !!!!!!!!!!

    การเข้าใช้อีเมล์ยุ้งยากมาก ต้องให้ไปเอารหัสที่ส่งให้ในมือถือมาเติมลงในช่อง บ้างครั้งซิมทิ้้งไปนานแล้วเบอร์ก็เปลี่ยนใหม่แล้วเลยเข้าเมล์ไม่ได้เลยเฮ้อน่าเบื่อเลยไม่ต้องใช้มันเลย จบ
