Something is wrong with the new email format. When I scroll down in my inbox and click on an email to read, instead of opening the email like it should, the page scrolls up to the top of the inbox. Then I have to scroll back down and click on the email again to open it. PLEASE PLEASE fix this. I can't believe I have to scroll to the email twice to open it. Major glitch - please fix.

The new format eliminates the "refine" search ability to search for an email ONLY in the sent emails or only in the inbox emails. I need to be able to search for an email in a specific category. I hate the new format because of this

New Yahoo mail doesn't work. I can not and will not authenticate my account several times a day. Because you cant get the code working and require us to switch anyway.

There are a load of things that don't work as well as they used to. How Yahoo can call this 'moving our product forward' (which is corporate gobble-de- gook) I don't understand. I think the changes are for change's sake and they are moving backwards not forwards. Let's go back to what we are used to and make everybody posting on here happy again. Or is that not the idea? IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.

I don't understand why you feel this is a better format - it's harder to read. It reminds me of something developed in 1980. Did anyone actual complain about the old format?

The latest builds of Yahoo Mail are utter garbage. Bloatware is more like it. Slower to load than ever with poor interface and useless "features". Go back to the basic early versions and regain some users!

I sincerely regret using the correct spelling for the word "PHUCK" but since I have been dealing with your abusive bullying tactics for quite some time I felt like the dog that has been living under a rain of of abuse Recently you locked my access to my yahoo.ca account by refusing my correct password and rejecting my "new password" and then locking me out of both my gmail and my yahoo account so I had no email access on either email! You made very clear to me your willingness to abuse your power and grind the boot of the system across the necks of the users of both systems. Not everyone in cyber space is willing to be abused and for a certainty someone is going to provide an email service that does not come with cyber bullying and invasion of privacy.
I use adblocker because it benefits me to not be bombarded by advertising.
Your tactics get more abusive with each unsuccessful attempt to force me to accept a poor quality product that forces me to allow yahoo to invade the privacy of my personal mail.
I do not like your "new yahoo mail" and your actions to bully me to accept an inferior product that is not only unworkable but a total trash bin of invasive ads and systems that scan my mail for profit and who knows what else.
I am currently searching for an email service that respects my privacy. If you do not allow me to keep adblocker and continue to abuse me because your "new yahoo" is **** and you figure if you make my life miserable by interfering with my access I will cave in and accept it: I will leave yahoo for a certainty.
My only regret is that I allowed myself to bite you back. I sincerely regret swearing in the correct spelling or in the phonetic spelling. But sincerely "What the "phuck" are you trying to do? Are you trying to lose customers in mass? You have been trying to push this on us for months, You can't improve something by making it a vastly more inferior product and bullying and abusing users in an attempt for us to use it? I will leave yahoo and I will not be alone. I will leave yahoo if yahoo continues the abusive bullying tactics and if yahoo continues to try to force an inferior so call improved yahoo mail on those users who respect their rights to privacy and security of communication.

I just switched to your e-mail version as I was told only a few days left before I have to switch. However, it is the same problem why I did not switch in the first place. When viewing the inbox, the text is not clear, like it is a poorly photographed image. It is very hard to read. I have tried all the themes with light, medium and dark backgrounds, and nothing fixes the problem. Please fix this problem Thank you!

We need the ability to block well over 1 million SPAM addresses, too many unwanted emails get thru this new email. I was getting very few SPAM emails til I was made to switch from the Classic email to this New Email. Yahoo needs to go back to the drawing board and fix this problem so blocking gets better not worse!

You are forcing me to link my yahoo account to gmail.
This is just plain bad. Theme colors are so strong I have to log in and log out quickly cause it bothers my eyes. -

Please, please return me to Classic Mail. The new version is far too fussy and I am unable to cut and past long Word documents into an e-mail without it appearing to the recipient in double line spacing. I simply cannot work with this new format.

I agree just return to the old format!!! Your new format is terrible!! The grey on white writing is terrible and I hate the fact that on the inbox you put the years of the e-mails that I have left in there!! I don't care what years they are from!! The are left there for a reason that pertains to me and no one else!! Get rid of the years!!!! And get rid of all the ads!!! I might have to dump yahoo altogether including my e-mail address that I've had for years!!!! Go back to the old format!!!!!

Old format was G-R-E-A-T- !!! unless your employees moonlight for the Dept of VA.
Their motto: if it ain't broke, then fix it till it is.
