I so agree with Raymond. Stop forcing these idiotic changes on us. If you want to offer us options fine but let us change it. Terrible idea!!!!

#Padrica Lawes The “Settings” “Switch Back to Classic” button no longer exists for my account.
I hope that Yahoo restores it and leave the format up to the user - STOP FORCING THESE IDIOTIC CHANGES UPON US.

Hey everyone, yes this new format is disgusting and if you go to the settings tab in your right hand corner. Stroll down to the very bottom and it has a arrow saying switch back to classic. I hope it works and Yahoo will allow us to use the format we want to use.

There is not on time you have changed the format where i have not had to spend six months figuring it out and getting accustomed to the forced upon format, and then you make changes AGAIN. Every change you have made is for the worst, nothing is customizeable, and it feels like Yahoo is trying to drive away their users by making their format more and more difficult and clunky to use, and less desireable to use by making it completely impossible to set it up the way *I* want my email to look. And several other people by the looks of all the comments saying the EXACT same thing. Not even the option to revert back to an old format of email is available, and if this email weren't so established in my 15 years of using Yahoo, I'd find a new provider in a heartbeat.
If you're going to make a change, make it to where WE THE USERS have control over the things we want, and access to the things we want, and set it up how we want, because you forcing yourself on us is just going to make us leave.

No. I've had a yahoo inbox since the 90s. I didn't want you to make it look "Fancy" then, and I don't want you to now. If it doesn't slow down the system, perform slowly in my browser, or cause some other problem somewhere else, stop forcing me to upgrade to what you think looks "better." I don't need it to look better. I just need it to work.

With the old format there was always a number next to the spam folder showing me how many spam emails were in it. For some reason the new format sends most of my legitimate email to the spam folder but never shows a number. I go weeks without email only to find it all in the spam folder but never a number telling there is email in the spam folder. When they forced me to upgrade to the new email I thought it would have been fixed but it isn't. Grade F.

I would like to know why Yahoo thinks this new email format is so good. It is the most ridiculous change ever. It is so slow in pulling up new emails and very distorted in viewing. The classic view is by far the best. Very disappointed in Yahoo forcing the new view on everyone when it seems the majority likes the old view. And get rid of all the ads. I see enough of them on your website. All I want to do is read emails and not be bombarded with ads at the top, in between and on the side

I used to switch back after each suggested update because it used to slow down and crash my whole browser. It is still doing it after this FORCED update with no option to switch back. I have Yahoo Mail Pro and I feel scammed. Looking to move to another leading provider with better service.

This new format is absolutely awful! I can't even check the box on a given email to mass delete them without it trying to open the email. Please revert it back to what worked!

The new email format is awful. The font is not as crisp - too bold and too hard to easily read. It needs to be different. Also, embedding ads into the email list is distracting. If you want ads, keep them to the side or the top. I have tried to change the fonts, and I don't know how. It is not a visually pleasing or visually easy format to read.
