    Every single time I log in now, Yahoo mails pops up with "Reload your browser to use the new Yahoo Mail." Considering that my husband made the change and despises it, and that so many feedback complaints are about the new format, I would rather stick with something that works. (sort of, anyway.) This has been my email address for over 15 years, and every change to a new "better" format has felt like a step backward. Stop changing stuff, and stop asking me to move to uglier and less intuitive interfaces.

    In Classic there were up and down arrows so that you could move from on email to another without leaving either the inbox or sent box. These have disappeared. Yet another case of an"improved version" being worse than the original and you are too stubborn to listen to criticism. As always you think you know best. Remember the old saying. "If it ain't broke don't fix it".

    this the worst ever mail site, messy unworkable and and nonuser freindly , changing the owner of yahoo to oath (in english an swearword) is rubbish.

    Give us the option to keep the "old " version or use the new version like before as this version is interfering with my search engine!

    There is no settings icon anywhere on the page when I switch to classic mail.

    I like all my E mail message to be in bold black letters on the in box the ones after the first part of the message are too lite and this format is making it hard to read and giving my a headache

    Find, have your developers come up with a different e mail format....don't like the new one and want my old one back...in order to get news feed it takes me OUT of my mail to yahoo.com...sorry but don't read yahoo...and there aren't enough good themes/colors....you guys just missed the boat with this upgrade...wouldn't call this an upgrade...upgrade means better :(

    ONE WOULD THINK THAT BY HITTING "SECURITY AND PRIVACY", THE FIRST THING THAT WOULD SHOW WOULD BE "CHANGE PASSWORD" NOT "THEMES"! AS OF THIS MOMENT, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND "CHANGE PASSWORD"

    I originally posted this on yahoo Help but Yahoo Customer Care was unable to answer it and they suggested that I post it here.

    How can you cancel the classic version on 1/31 when you still haven’t' made available access to contacts in the version? I am running the new version but clicking on contacts still takes me to the classic version.
    It appears you still have work to do before you mandate a switch to the new version.

    Today is February 3rd and clicking contacts still takes me to the classic version.

    Went to Basic Mail. Liked it. Went to CLASSIC MAIL. Hated it as much as 'new mail' but then couldn't find the settings gear and then went back to 'new mail' and couldn't find the option to go back to Basic. So in an ongoing effort to make us unhappy, yahoo, curiously, gives only two options: the newest really sucky mail, OR not the Basic Mail that everyone wants, but the even older, poorer Classic Mail. ***?????

    the new format is visually unappealing with any combination of limited options. There's a reason I kept using the classic mail - it was visually appealing. Seriously considering getting rid of my yahoo account due to your "understanding" of what consumers want which is not what consumers want.

    ** where is the button to force refresh/ read ?
    ** i cannot save new email addresses from the 'card' -- old one i could
    ** STOP the view thingy .... i close it and it reopens every time
    ** Let me order the list on the left .... I want to see my folders
    ** where is sort by email? very useful features you have deleted

    filtering (blocking) out email is tooooooooooooooooooo difficult !!!!!
