    I have several older draft emails from the better, old version of Mail - when I try to select text out of one, or edit it, the new Mail crashes and throws me back to my indox. What's the point of a mail editor if it can't handle editing a message?

    Also, I don't like the following, which I either cannot change or cannot permanently change:
    1. I don't like my emails grouped by date
    2. I don't want contacts suggested to me
    3. I don't like "views"
    4. I don't like the fact that my email only gets a third of the screen

    It is not an improvement at all

    Once again I state this, stop forcing change to a format that worked as it should, the fact that you have removed the option of using the classic mail format bites. Please return the classic mail format and stop trying to force change

    They have had this feedback for almost a year and a half and have made no effort to fix what the complaints were. I just wnat to hide the **** useless "smart views" that clutter the interface more. You can hide them...sure...for that one session. Next time you come back, they are right back there again.

    Everyone wants to be like GMail and is constantly striving for the "fresh new interface." Know what yahoo...if I wanted Gmail, I would move to Gmail.

    You have taken everything that was the anti-google...the things that gave us actual user friendliness vs google's "we know what works best for you" attitude.

    Doesn't anybody else see that they really don't care at this point? No wonder that Verizon took a $4b write off on yahoo.AOL (the laughingly old named "OATH" communications.

    To product support: How can you consider this an upgrade? In the old version I could see most of an E-mail on my phone. Now i can't even see 10%. This is the last part of Yahoo I still use, for how much longer is the question.

    I can't begin to describe how much I hate the new format. It just tries to be 'clever' at the expense of users. The sheer volume of criticism must surely make Yahoo think that maybe, just maybe, they got it WRONG!

    New format is slow....cannot switch between accounts at the moment...site is hanging..Old format worked easy.

    1 day and I've already order an audible book of Beauty and the Beast because of your ASININE ADS INTERMIXED WITH MY EMAILS!!!
    Whose idiotic idea was this? Bad enough you have ads at the top of the list - now they're MIXED IN!!!
    This is going to cause alot of people a lot of trouble REMOVE THOSE ADS!!!!!!!!!

    Your new version renders my email unusable. Can't reply, print, share, forward or do anything with Yahoo! in Safari. I guess you want us all to migrate to Gmail. I really don't want to but this is unacceptable.

    I want the background I had. It was easier to read and pleasing to my eyes and artistic appreciation. The new colors and backgrounds ****!!

    Go Back to the classic mail was the best email every! This new version is ****, not user friendly just plain horrible.

    Please restore the old yahoo, I had feedback few times this new yahoo is so laggy ! Everytime I typing in reply email, it freeze few secs only my words will come out!

    Seriously, every time you change it, it gets worse. Really, why,can't you just listen to the people who use it and leave it alone??? What did you do with the cute little smileys that moved?? I always used the hug and blowing kisses, the party guy with the horn. The ones you have now ****!! I mean, they REALLY ****. They are ugly as **** and do nothing. You obviously borrowed them from FB (rolling my eyes).
    And get the little hide advertisement arrow out of the middle of the scroll bar on the side. It was seriously hampering me when I was trying to move the bar to find a specific email. There are other things, but why bother because you don't listen anyway. I'm just so disappointed in you guys. It never gets better and only gets worse. The really bad thing is that you don't care that we hate what you do. You force it on us anyway. Who does business like that?? We should all boycott you and I bet you would be willing to listen to us then.

    the new layout is anti-intuitive and inconvenient, refuses to let me keep inbox all the way across screen, delete button too far from rest of controls, new themes too dark
