Please, just return me to my old format. thank you..... please. I now have to scroll down to move things into folders, I now have to use 2 hands or if I use my left and stretch it, my hand cramps after a few! since you now have to hold the Shift +K to delete. it's not more convenient, it is less, and it's painful--literally. hand cramps are no fun when you have carpal tunnel. when you click to move an item, can you bring back the ability to not have to scroll down, and get to see more folders? or remove the "SHIFT" when keying to delete an item? little things like this make it literally painful and not fun.

It's more difficult to delimit email responses, when looking a a thread which has gone thru several exchanges, than in the classic version.
Also, current news icon doesn't appear to be in new version -- why was it removed? New versions should never remove old functionality, should they?

Good job on turning something that was perfect as it was into something that is pretty much universally hated.

as someone who has issues with "busy" backgrounds I am having a hard time reading emails because someone (NOT ME) made this change I want to just have a plain color. do not say that we do have one color because they are shades of. once more hard to read. I have tried to go back to classic but it keeps forcing me to this New View. may just try a different email service.

It lacks style and elegance. Please hire some real artists to enhance the look and feel of your site. Why did you think you had to impose a "new" site on users who were happy with the way things worked and looked?

Fire the people who forced this change. You are going to lose customers and this will be a net loss for your company.

Return to the old format. It is obvious that most people do not like this format at all.

Why am I being forced to the new mail?
I was sent a message that said the old mail is going away and that I must start using the new mail now. It said that I had 18 months to get used to it.
Well, Yahoo, you had 18 months to get contacts into the new mail. Not there. If you cannot get contacts into the new mail format in 18 months, then why do I need to switch to an incomplete product?
You claim that the old mail version is going away in a couple of days which would mean that I will no longer have access to my contacts as the only way to get to them in the new version is to switch to the old version.

Stop giving us the same lies about valuing our opinions, since you clearly do not consider them. It seems that the vast majority of respondents do not like the new and "improved" versions and want Yahoo to go back to the "Classic" version. Why don't you listen to the people who use your service?!?!?!?! It is extremely frustrating that Yahoo asks for feedback, but doesn't really listen to it. Please just go back to the "Classic" version and leave well enough alone!!

Just make sure the "old format" isn't the exceedingly old/obsolete "classic format" email option that you send us to.
Take the old format and go one or two formats back -> and they were better than the "classic format." They aren't even being coy. This situation is clearly "use this new thing or use the worst possible thing we duct-taped together from scraps we found under your grandma's bed."
Your whole "WE MUST RETIRE IT" is 100% lies and slanders. Who are you trying to fool? You're trying to compete with Gmail like how Team Fortress 2 tried to compete with Overwatch. The end result is hilariously the same: it's ruined and we wanna go back to when it was better/more fun.
