    Update on email in DRAFT folder that I can’t send. I said that I BCC myself and it appeared the email was sent. It never made it to my INBOX folder nor was it in the SENT folder. Checked the DRAFT folder and was not there either. That was yesterday but today it was the first draft email in the DRAFT folder. Used the slide bar to go to the bottom of the email and there was no SEND button. Double clicked on the email and it opened as in CLASSIC with the SEND button at the bottom. Clicked on the SEND button many times and nothing happened. Went out of DRAFT and came back. The draft was highlighted. Did a right click and opened in new TAB. Reentered the address who it was going to and my BCC was still there. Clicked the SEND button and it was sent. This time it finely sent the draft email. Took way longer to send compared to CLASSIC. And Yahoo says this is better and faster. Nope just not fully tested. Let me keep CLASSIC.

    Agreed! Several issues:
    Mails in folders not counted in 'unread'
    'View' folder should be way at the bottom, and/or we should be allowed to close it definitively or, even better, to remove it from our views

    The reason I don't like the new format is I can no longer see how many Deleted or Spam emails I have without going into the folder. Then while in there I can't right click and block an email address. I now have to write down the address and add it in the settings. All in all I don't see improvement but a hindrance to easy email use.

    Loved the classic mail themes, the flexible color pallet for emails (not just backgrounds) was easier on our poor eyes! Now I feel like I am staring into a light bulb with the black on white screen.

    Clearly Yahoo does not listen to users about UX. Completely terrible updates, security sucks, spam mail galore. Interface looks like it was created in 1990

    The new email you forced upon us, loyal customers, is insane. At almost 70 years old, I could care less ablout all your new ****. All I want is an email and for you to leave me and IT alone unless I ask for help. The videos are ludicrous and you forcing them upon me is enough to make me go to Gmail. And, as soon as I an prepared to make the change, I'll be leaving Yahoo Mail (where I've been for 14 years. You suck Yahoo! You're good at imitating Microsoft with their Windows 10 fiasco.

    You have removed the capacity to add a sender to the Contacts list by clicking on it. FFS, put that functionality back.

    This format is the worst!!! Give us back the old version until you fix all the bugs or give a new version. Have no patience for all the problems will switch to gmail.

    OMG, this version is terrible. Emails disappear as I'm reading them, sort functions are terrible, I can no longer view or accept calendar/meeting invites.

    Please bring back Classic. I'm a paid subscriber, and I'm not getting what I pay for, that's for sure.

    HATE the new Yahoo. Had tried it before, hated it then, switched back to Classic and now I'm forced to use it. BLECH!!

    Tried it multiple times. Mandating a new format doesn't make it popular. There was nothing wrong with the old format, and perhaps the smart folks could spend time making whatever new code they want to work with the old layout.

    Give us formatting options (like Word) or put the old one back. The old one was NOT perfect but is far better than this miserable thing

    In the previous forced update this was an issue and you fixed it. Here it is again.

    It is completely unintuitive and a huge time waster to open my "Sent" folder and see every email showing us a "me". I already know I sent it. What I need to see is WHO I sent it to. Now I have to open every email to find the one I'm looking for. If I only sent 3 emails a day, no big deal, but I send dozens daily, frequently with the same subject line. A search also seems to be useless. Every time you "upgrade" you create so many problems! I can't find anything better about this upgrade? What is improved? So far it has been a nightmare since you also deleted 3/4 of my emails from all of my folders, including my "Sent" mail, which I refer to regularly.

    HATE THE NEW EMAIL. SWITCH ME BACK! WOULD DO IT MYSELF BUT YOU'VE MADE IT SO COMPLICATED THAT ITS OBVIOUS YOU DON'T WANT SWITCHERS!!!!!!!!
