    I keep trying to leave feedback here in the comments for the top-voted complaint about New Mail and your system keeps deleting my comments. I loathe New Mail. There was absolutely nothing wrong with Classic Mail. New Mail has a TON of flaws: white background that is a carryover and complaint from 2017, grey/faded text on sidebar, View section blocking folders and only hidden if user hides it EVERY TIME they access they're mail, missing contacts, etc. I could go on.

    Change it back the way it was. Your new version sucks more than the old one. You ads are out of control and closing the ad window on the right side just keeps opening every time i click on anything. ********

    IT SUCKED IN OCTOBER WHEN i COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED, SO IT STILL SUCKS!!!!

    MAINLY THE FILTERS. YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST REMOVE THE FEATURE, BECAUSE IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO SET UP, THAT NO ONE WANTS TO DO IT

    If there is no option to return to the "Classic" email format, I'm out of here. I get a lot of emails at this address and had my own "system" for getting through them quickly whereby I went and selected all starting from the most recent page with unread mail. Then, I uncheck those items I want to read and delete th rest. I go forward page by page so that by the time I'm on page 1, the load is manageable and I've elinated stuff I'm not presently interested in. The way it is now I'll probably never find half the emails I want to see and waste time dealing with those I don't want to read.

    I HATE the new format and the colors are TERRIBLE!! It is VERY ******* the eyes. PLEASE go back to the previous format. I don't like that I have been FORCED into this new format.

    Apparently no one at yahoo has any experience using email!!!!!!!!! If I want to delete an email after reading, I can do that from the text page. But most of my mail is deleted based on who it's from and NOBODY deletes based on the subject. The trash can belongs near the sender. I really like the user that said he really appreciates that yahoo hires the mentally handicapped.

    I agree with all of these comments that severely criticize the new mail. I hate it too and I am starting to hate the people at yahoo. THOUSANDS of users post contempt for the changes and yahoo has NEVER relented. EVER. That shows a real disregard for the public. AND 'RETURN ME TO MY OLD FORMAT' JUST HAPPENS TO BE VOTED # ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even THEN, yahoo digs in and posts some BS, diversionary response. Truly shameful.

    Despite asking for public opinion, yahoo NEVER heeds and WILL NOT relent on their changes. I have never seen them backtrack on even ONE of their useless ideas despite hundreds of comments stating hatred for the idea. I cannot fathom where these people get their ideas from but it is not Earth. The designers are out of touch with reality and whoever approves these changes is equally out of touch.

    'As we move our products forward'???????????? And how does this address the posters comment? They (and we) HATE this new mail and its features and yahoo simply addresses this as 'needing to retire old versions'. I see no improvement and it is NOT more useful. As has been determined continuously, yahoo avoids the issue and replies with some diversionary statement that absolutely disregards the user's comment.

    Quit Forcing this Change, your developers missed big time with the New Version of Yahoo Mail. Since your forcing this change TIME TO START Changing to a new email service. I recommend everyone change to Google or Outlook email
