You say at the login that this is the BEST IN CLASS YAHOO MAIL well with this new format it is far from it. Yahoo was the best but not any more. Once your advertisers see how many people quit using Yahoo Mail then they too will be jumping ship.
I for one will start dropping the advertisers in my mail a note saying that I’m dropping Yahoo Mail because of their new format and am going else where for my email. And after a while I will be removing my 3 email addresses from Yahoo. This is the only way Yahoo will get the message on how bad this new format is.

you say you want to help us move forward. how is that accomplished by making your site more inefficient? I used to be able to get to yahoo answers with one click, and it stayed in one window. Now it takes three clicks and opens three separate windows. Really? Once again your update made my experience worse.

WHAT A JOKE !!! There was no NEED to change the format. It's WORSE. Just a reason to spend unnecessary money.

I would keep the new system but I cannot read my mail. I went into settings and cannot find the spot where I can increase the size of the font. I need a magnifying glass to read my mail and this is not acceptable. This new format has compressed my mail . It now only uses maybe 25 percent of the page on my PC.

When sending an email to myself, it shows as sender is "me". This is ignorant and ridiculously informal and millennial. Please change back to sender being written as my full name. Too stupid and cute for my adult taste. Hate the new format.

Themes have terrible colors and limited choices.
Why not use Windows color settings ?
Give back old choices at least

I guess I can get used to the new format. Although it is slow in keeping up with my typing. However, give back the old emoticons, this is Yahoo, and loved the old ones, not the ones i can find on my Google Android phone. Is this Yahoo or Google Android? Not standing out nor being original. Sad.

There are ads mixed in with my emails now. Thanks for that *sarcastic*. Also, the ad space on the right is now so big that it crowds my email box so that I can't see my whole email. I see absolutely no improvements with this new update, only things that make me like this email less. I can't see myself sticking with Yahoo email much longer if this is what I can expect from "upgrades."

Unwillingly went to your new Yahoo email and have found that my many distribution lists no longer are reliable!
When I bring up a contact list, it includes the name of a person NOT on that list and doesn't include names of people who ARE on the list.
When I type in a name, email contact information that has been previously deleted (months ago!) also pops up so I have to one-by-one verify the correct contact/email for each person.
Beyond frustrating and needless... this "new" email - which I have been repeatedly informing you that I don't like - is creating problems that didn't exist with the Classic Email.
I will leave Yahool mail if you don't fix these issues!

I have had my yahoo email account since the mid 1990's. Your short sighted decision to FORCE an unwanted upgrade on your users is the last straw. Bye bye yahoo forever.

Get rid of the ad bar on the right of the screen permanently. It keeps popping back up when the window loses focus. I'm sure this is by design, but HIGHLY annoying.
Even without that ad window, I want to read the whole email in the right message layout without a horizontal scroll bar. The old mail did this. Why can't the new one??!!!!!
How about the ability to shrink the left panes?
These things may seem trivial, but it's the difference between usable, and not usable.
I've had this mail account for over 15 years, but this may be the end if you can't fix them and force me to use an unusable interface.

I just want black letters on white background. The hue is very distracting and I can't stand to look at the site. Also, the way the thread is continued is ridiculous. Just put it back like it was. Why do you have to ***** it up like this? NOBODY likes it. Read the feedback.

Revert to the old interface. I was able to delete mail on a page by page basis rather than have to sift several days' accumulation before I can treat with the items that I find necessary. I do not like the distracting graphical overlay, I much prefer the other format for viewing things. For instance, I did not know that this would be a forum, in which I beg no participation, rather I thought it was to send a complaint directly to CS or management or whatever. You (they) have made Yahoo Mail more complicated, and not better.
