    First, you did away with the messanger,that everyone misses,now your email has gone slower than the classic one,how much longer do you expect dutifull yahoo users will stand.

    An item was added to DRAFTS yesterday that was sent on Tuesday. Someone on Thursday replied to the email and I answered it. Today Friday I opened up that email it had the persons reply and not mine. Did not have this problem in Classic, NEVER. The people who designed this new mail look did it to suit themselves not most of the people as I can see. Is there any people who do like it?

    By providing Yahoo users with the option to either keep the old format or switch to the new layout, you might make more people happy this way. Please consider it.

    I don't like the new "look" OR being forced to adopt it. I am in the process of transferring everything to my Gmail account as I write this. I have already switched my homepage from Yahoo because of the politically biased articles and grade-school level reporting. I now have the reason to completely navigate away from anything "Yahoo". Thanks for making the decision to switch even easier! You have finally alienated a decade-long faithful account holder!

    The new Yahoo looks cheap & ugly. I like the transparency of the old version so I could see the background over the entire screen. Most people spend a lot of time looking at their email, and the stark white blob in the middle strains your eyes, while the old version was relaxing to look at. Black is too dark. This looks like a 3yr old designed it.

    It's ****, looks like and navigates like ****. Why are the pictures of the Middle East, are you all Muslims there. The layout looks like a 3 year old did it. Change just for the sake of change shows a lack of real direction.

    Forcing people to change is never successful. People want choice these days, so it`s good that there are other email providers who listen to what their clients wish for.

    This new version is UGLY. Those 'artworks' are just ugly, generic looking things. I prefer the old version.

    Obviously, I'm not the only one who did not want these changes, and still doesn't care for them. Every time I tried to avoid this before, I was allowed to go back to the "classic" format, but I suppose that's no longer possible. Do you not listen to your customers?

    Thanks AOL for crapping up Yahoo mail. Guess I will go full force to Gmail as your new email sucks. I hate having all that bs about sales on the right side of my screen. I hope we all leave, maybe then you would have realized that your customer base was importanta!

    Bring back the old format please, the new javascript powered mail is so CPU intensive that on a single core computer I can BARELY USE IT.
