    this new format is ridiculously horrible, i have never had any problems with the old style and want it back. the new look is nearly impossible to deal with especially in regards to all teh adverts inserted in-between all my inbox emails.

    Is there any way to get rid of the stupid round picture placement with the initials in it next to each email address? Very few people actually use or want to use their photo so why have it and if you do at least have it so it's an option to see it. Even Goooogle with it's latest obsession with round oval and stupid has the option to REMOVE this feature. Thank you

    your excuse of moving forward and having tor retire support for older versions is for the birds. Newer isn't always better and since it seems you have over 15,000 comments saying change you are wrong why not listen to the people that use this your customers.

    As a developer, I understand that things *could* be deprecated, but also as a developer we have done market research to understand what the users want. There are 15000+ people who hate this new format, it is the #1 ranked dissatisfaction from your users and it has been for some time now. Clearly yahoo does not care about the experience that the users have to go through. The classic mail theme could continue to be a classic mail theme, I don't understand why it has to go away entirely. All these new "modern" UI's are getting too big and clunky when we just want something simple. Listen to your users.

    Totally agree new format sucks want the old one back not reason what so ever to change it. Who is the customer here. We are and we say put back the one we want now.

    Looks like I lost many of my older emails! Not good! I want the old format back and my old emails!
    The ads are most annoying!

    I cant use my signature I spent hours making, the signature shows up with boxes all around it and I cant even find any X's anymore to close parts of HTML code sections, wth.

    Most people who are like me just want to know where all of our stuff is and not have to be forced to relearn a program whenever YOU decide it's obsolete. If it works, don't fix it.

    Old versions get corrupted or compromised, I get that. But if the issue is me relearning where everything is, then why not make classic yahoo email on of the theme options? You're happy because your system is secure, I'm happy because I don't have to dig through features you think I want just to get to my inbox.

    How about a design that doesn't look like its only for children. Are those BUBBLE LETTERS? Gimme a break, doesnt even pretend to look professional at all (or have the option at least). Terrible design, not intuitive at all, cartoony. Take a look at gmail and grow up, yahoo.

    The new mail layout still sucks...I want the old one back. Why do programmers always change what works for no reason?

    Your email interface looks like it was designed by 14 year olds. It is highly non functional. When I reply from a conversation thread I cant reply to a single person in a multiperson thread. At least the classic mail worked. Now you have taken that away. Please try to hire someone with some common sense and don't pay so much to aesthetics until you have function down. Look at gmail if you need an example to compare.

    I'm considering canceling my Pro account. You've been continually ruining the user experience. Once I swore by Yahoo Mail - now I swear at you! I still haven't forgiven you for putting the SEND button at the bottom. But now I'm forced to use the new version with your extra wide inbox column and clunky folder panel where I have to continually HIDE the Views section. No right clicking directly from the inbox to replay/all/forward. But I CANNOT forgive having DRAG & DROP EMBED IMAGES ONLY! WTF!!!!!!! Some of us send multiple files several times every single day. I'm done!
