    It's ****, if it isn't broken don't fix it. Then you enforce its usage, removing peoples choice so you end up with 100% compliance, and the apparent dislike will go away given time. If both the new and the old were working fine alongside of each other then why force people to change to the new garbage.

    Can't able to download attachments in the draft. Classic mail look far better than new look mail.

    Please put our yahoo mail back to the older version!!!!! I will NOT use this one anymore if you don't!!!!!

    The updated format is still bug ridden and does not provide as much freedom, customization or functionality as the old format. Do NOT force-feed your customers a substandard product just because it's new

    Bring back the classic version's way of being able to filter emails! Why on earth did you get rid of that? It's why I chose to stay with the classic version over the new one. Now I'm forced to move to the new one, and I hate not being able to filter my emails without having to jump through a bunch of hoops and copy and paste, ugh. I use filters almost every day, and it was SO easy! If this isn't fixed soon I'm moving to gmail.

    I concur with most of the comments I've read. Tiny sample of 15K+. I don't care if you ever go back. One look at the new format, along with the increase in 'pro' price, and the intrusive new non-privacy policy, I've been moving to other email providers. I'm about ready to pull the 'pro' and quit paying for the garbage verizon is forcing on us. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

    I absolutely hate the new version of Yahoo Mail and I hate Yahoo for forcing it on me !! My biggest complaint is that I use Microsoft Word to compose all of my emails and then copy and paste the text into the body of the email. The old version of Yahoo Mail displayed what I had written perfectly. The new version does not !! The new version double spaces any line that has a hard return (space between the lines) and the next line of text. This would not be a problem if we could fix the spacing by removing one of the spaces, but Yahoo Mail won’t allow us to do that. Yahoo Mail also does not give the user any way of adjusting how many lines are added to out emails when we paste them into a new composition. No other email service does this. Outlook and Gmail display exactly what we wrote – the way we wrote it. I have been using Yahoo Mail for decades and this iteration of your email service is by far the worst I (and many other people) have ever seen. You pay your top executives millions of dollars even when they fail to save “the sinking ship” that Yahoo has become known as, but you don’t hire developers that have any clue as to what they are doing. The final nail in Yahoo’s coffin is that you NEVER listen to the complaints or the suggestions of the people who really matter. The people who use your service (without which, you would not have jobs) in the first place. I know full well that this letter will possibly be read and then very likely relegated to the trash bin because you just don’t give a **** !!! Yahoo Mail is DEAD !!!!!!!!

    Don't get rid of classic mail, the new one takes twice as long to load and access emails. There is no reason to change it, or force a change, and looks like around 15000 users agree.

    Why isn't the Upgraded Version for Yahoo Mail 2019 showing in my mail account? I don't have that link!

    KNOCK THIS **** OFF - WHILE YOU SEND OUT FRAUDULENT INFO ON SWITCHING BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL.

    THEN TODAY YOU SEND OUT EMAILS STATING "Starting January 31st, 2019, the classic version of Yahoo Mail that you’re using on your computer will no longer be available."

    I do not like the new Yahoo! The colours are awful and there is no much choice to improve it. I like the old classic better. Please bring the old one back. It is distracting. Thanks!

    Your email is the worst! I am spending hours just trying to find "accounts" under settings. IT doesn't exist. THere is no "change to old mail" button either.
