    Yes, I can switch back to basic easily, but I lose the option to customize my signature. The font you use in the Inbox messages in the New Mail really hurts my eyes. It's so bad that I'm motivated to switch to gmail after 25 years with Yahoo. Please make new mail less bold. It hurts the eyes! I've tried adjusting spacing and zooming in and out with my web browzer. No relief!!!!! Please give us an alternative choice of fonts.

    My other email services do not require payment to NOT receive ads. I am looking to possibly redirect all important emails to another email account. I just need email, not ads, not pop ups and certainly not payment for email service to remove them.

    I can't download any attachments, I can only preview them. Very annoying!

    I AM SENDING THIS AGAIN - YOUR NEW FORMAT IS AWFUL. THE PREVIOUS MAILS OUT AND IN ALL GET MIXED UP AND EVERYTHING IS SAVED AGAIN IN DRAFT EVEN WHEN SENT OUT - GO BACK TO OLD FORMAT WHERE WE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE PREVIOUS MAILS IN A CONVERSATION. HIDING THEM MAKES IT CONFUSING , HAVE TO CLICK SEE ORIGINAL MESSAGE AND ALL THAT . ARE YOU TRYING TO UPSET US ? IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!!

    I can't sign change accounts. So I will forward all my emails from yahoo to my gmail account soon. FIX YAHOO NOW.

    prefer the simple Classic version. the new Classic version is not as clean as the previous Classic versions, does not have a settings gearbox icon and cannot perform similar functions like hitting ESC to exit back to the main mailbox. it's not very user friendly and requires more clicks to navigate.

    i don't appreciate being forced to switch to a new version and am considering switching to gmail if i can't switch back to the old Classic mail. thank you.

    This does not work anymore. I've always been able to switch back to Classic Mail after I've forwarded a message.

    *******! I don't like this email you've made me use. Give me back my classic mail format NOW!!!

    my delete icon, spam icon are not working. Please fix if posssible. Or what do I do.

    I am really over this new format. I waste more time closing ads than actually getting what I need to done. I am ready to cancel this account and get a different one. This format sucks and I hate it!
