    On my email under the gear I do not have a setting option so I cannot return to my old email version

    why am I getting ads. I pay a premium NOT to have to deal with this garbage.

    I bought a new HP computer with Windows 10 and on my Yahoo email page, I can find or get my bookmarks toolbar! I had 100s of saved websites that I use all the time (banks, news sites, etc.) I have clicked on the icon for Settings on the top right, and there is NO Switch Back link like Yahoo says.     I cannot log in in any/a computer without using my cell since yesterday (Dec 27,2 108). I tried to change to my previous format , but your help does not help. Please fix that (e-mail address: sjbezbaruah@yahoo.com)

    My Entire email page has shrunk and I can read or see anything. How do I fix this?

    I don't know what you people are thinking but you keep making things worse. I chose yahoo mail a long time ago for what it was, now it has turned to junk.

    I wanted to take a look at the new format again and somehow am stuck with the New layout. Yes I can go back to Classic, but I seemed to be in between Classic and New Mail somehow, if that is even possible? Now cannot get back to what I had, which again, was in between Classic and New. So now stuck in the New Mail, but at least there is an option to Turn Off Tabs. Since this Idea Format is so horrible I'll try to be brief. The Themes Suck. The Settings Suck. The Ads and the size of the Mail Inbox area sucks, and on and on. I will leave yahoo soon I guess and it will be a real big headache, and won't come back. I don't have time to be moving years of emails, folders and contacts around. gmail is even better at this point, yahoo you have let me down. Also, your home page is horrible and full of so much junk it is unbelievable. Again, the format here at uservoice SUCKS! Don't tell me you can't afford a decent feedback forum?

    Trying to get yahoo to forward some emails but the steps outlined DOES NOT WORK. There is no option to switch back to the prior UX and the instructions mentioned its in the settings but the choices are either to 1. upgrade to pro, or 2. feedback.. That;s it. There was suppose to be choice to go back to the old version but its NOT there....

    had yahoo mail for 15+ years...now going to gmail or outlook....

    What happened to my old address, *****@bellsouth.net??? I realize that AT&T took over Bell South several years ago, but why wasn't I notified that my former email address would be changed to @yahoo.com so that at least I could have saved my 100+ contacts????
    I'll be using G Mail from now on. Apparently, a lot of other former Yahoo/AT&T customers will be switching service providers as well.

    i added an account because it said it was like I have already - the basic email. And I joined Tagged com. and I need a current email and I was to get the code from you so I could verify it is my mobile phone. Anyway, I spent over 2 hours trying to get a message from you - with no luck. Also I waited 45 minutes trying to talk to a real person at 1-888-884-1121 with no luck also. Please call me at 832-222-0011 or 713-474-6272 so I can find out if I made a mistake or you did.

    Utter ****. Why can't Yahoo give us a chance to beta this latest version before going live. The whole point is simple, easy, customizable UX. Are you that cheap you can't afford programmers who can design beyond 1995? Make it happen. Sorry, but you aren't the smartest ones in the room!

    why is this new Yahoo mail so wonky and buggy - NOTHING works, why can';t they go back to simple, functional - I don't need or want ANY of these stupid new "FEATURES" that prevent me from doing the ONLY thing you need - make it so you can send and receive emails.
