Revert back to the old platform for email...this one isn't quite ready. The send button can't be used because it's below the page and you can't scroll down. Half the time the return/forward tabs aren't visible....not quite ready for prime time....what am I supposed to do? Totally unusable....thanks programmers...good job!!! Guess you didn't really test this....

I'm really considering leaving yahoo bc of this. I started using it again as my gaming email address and now it's nothing but pop ups begging me to pay you for a service you once offered free. No wonder I like Gmail so much better.

I keep getting switched to the new Yahoo layout which I do not like as I much prefer the Classic layout as the new mode is too bitty and the layout is poor.
In the past I have been able to switch back to Classic by clicking the return box and making a few comments as to why I prefer the old format but today unable to do so as the return box is shaded in and not allowing me to click on it to revert back to Classic. Be grateful if this problem could be investigated and that my account remains in Classic and does not continue to be swped over intermiently. Many Thanks. -

I just tried to give my feedback during the switch back to classic email dialogue but the "button" seems to produce NOTHING. Here are my comments:
Missing features and features that don't work. I would like to suggest that YAHOO review the "new" email features against the "old" email features and add the missing features to the "new" email format. If there's a conflict, perhaps letting the user/customer choose which way they want things would be more appreciated than having YAHOO choose for them... and ******* them off. Sigh...

I had followed your instructions to revert back to the old style. It lasted about a month then you shoved the new style back down my throat. Really close to dropping my account with you and finding another provider. I hope others follow.
