    I REALLY miss the old Yahoo format and everything about it, including that I miss the ease of navigation, the speed, the lack of pop-up ads, the old themes, colors, and choices of look we want, the 'Refresh' circular arrow, the settings for spam (can't even see them now to see if something went there accidentally). Please give us back the old Classic yahoo email that we had, or at least give that as a choice.

    I followed the directions from prior posts. Neither the arrow nor the "Switch back to classic Mail" will highlight so it will not work.

    Do "techies" sit around all day to determine how to change things to make it less desirable????

    This does not work! It will not switch after I respond to why I want to return to classic. And I didn't ask for the new email. You decided to "upgrade" me. I tried months ago; hated it then; hate it now.

    You moved my email to new view without my consent! Yahoo can go to ****. I'll go to Gmail!

    I hate the new mail. I have spent years clicking "Not right now" and now I have been switched over against my wishes. This sucks. I don't want or need your new features.

    I also have a toshiba laptop that I inherited thath the new yahoo mail won't work on. It make the computer so unstable that it is unusalble It has windows 7 on it pleae make it so I can have the new yahoo on my computer with windows 10 but have the old yahoo mail on my older computer that has windows 7 on it. Otherwise I will be forced to find a diffferent mail program that will work on both my computers

    I was switched to new mail without my permission; dislike it, it will not allow me to switch back, the box to do it is greyed out!!!

    Please put me back on my old format. This new format is your decision...not mine. You have done without my permission. At the age of 71, it is simply a big, big hassle.

    You continually want me to use the new format. I try, but every time I do it lists the billk_york as the primary box and so lists it first and the billk7457 box, which I use as my primary is also 2nd so, I have to click on the billk7457 box to see what i use as primary. So, I go back to classic which seems more manageable. If you want me to use the new format, fix it, or if a solution is doable already, let me know how to fix.

    I can't properly print my emails anymore. GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMAT PLEASE.

    WHY DO YOU JERKS KEEP TRYING TO FORCE ME TO SWITCH EMAIL TO YOUR NEW EMAIL? IF I WANTED IT I WOULD HAVE SWITCHED A LONG TIME AGO. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    YAHOO HAS STARTED BEHAVING MOST AUFULLLY POOR. IT FAILS TO OPEN MAIL ATT. I CANNOT TALK TO INDIAL CUCTOMER CARE STAFF
