    Stop putting e-mails I want to keep in the trash after three days. I go looking for them and they are gone. You shouldn't do that. If you don't stop I'm cancelling my Yahoo account.

    There is only so much more I'll take of unwanted changes before moving permanently to google mail. And loyalty is something I normally subscribe to.
