    You just have to give up. Your 'new' stinks. I have o job to to, I am really not in the mood to read dozens of pages or answer stupid question. You are forcing me to lose time and I hate you really. Your 'notification' works only depending on wheater.

    Delete Message at bottom of message should delete 1 message.
    Instead, it deletes the whole thread. How do I delete just 1 message without leaving thread view?

    Well folks. I just went through the steps to switch back to the CLASSIC Mail as enumerated by Yahoo instructions... What I got WAS NOT the classic there is NO GEAR in the top right to select any page changes, my page was a PALE light green, what I got was a HORRIBLE eye busting PURPLE... SOOOOO, once again Yahoo is practicing the deceptions of GOOGLE that has surely been grafted into what used to be a good fairly stable email program... I think it is a way to SHOVE people to a full GOOGLE platform, which I have also, FIREFOX, for YOUTUBE LIVEM STREAMS... EVERYTHING ELSE, I use IE, Yahoo mail as home page on both...

    Just read and believe what users are saying. You cannot deny that you improved yahoo messenger so much that you had to get rid of it. You do NOT listen!!

    I've been with Yahoo since 2002 - most of it as a paying customer until last year when I finally switched away from this as my main because of an e-mail service that has gotten progressively worse SINCE 2002. Back then, it was fantastic - it was JUST e-mail, and the client was great - could do HTML or plain text. Basic web interface, was really fast, really reliable, had no added fluff. Go back to that. That's all I ever wanted. I never once cared about a SINGLE feature being added, ever, because it already had everything it needed to be 100% perfect for e-mail. Think about it - some people JUST WANT E-MAIL, nothing else. Give people a choice as to what they want and how much they want. Don't integrate everything. Stop trying to throw in more features and one-up everyone. You want to stand out and be different in 2018? Just offer a plain-jane e-mail service.

    Return me to basic, too. My messages won't open w/o "open in a new tab." In setting I click the "return to prev format" then my request freezes every time

    GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY OF RESETTING A PASSWORD!!! I've been trying to reset my password for another email for the past 2 years!!!! I followed all the steps: typing in missing numbers and sending the account key to another email. BUT GUESS ******* WHAT?!!!!! I NEVER GOT THE **** ACCOUNT KEY!!!! The email is correct and everything is correct. I JUST WANT TO ACCESS THIS ******* EMAIL BUT I CAN'T CAUSE YA'LL HAVE TO BE SO **** DIFFICULT!!! And don't give me that we can do anything from this side ******** cause what's the point of you guys being computer wizards?!!!!!! JUST GIVE ME ACCESS TO THE EMAIL FOR CHRIST SAKES! I'VE LEFT FEEDBACK EVERYWHERE IN HOPES YA'LL WOULD SEE THIS AND HELP OUT LIKE YA'LL ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!

    I agree, just please return me to my old format. There's nothing wrong with it and besides I have a gmail account together with yahoo account. And I need to get into that gmail account daily. Please quick changing things, if it's not broke, don't fix it !!!!!

    I just want to continue using yahoo! mail. I have separate email accounts for specific reasons, do not want them all coming to the same inbox.

    Why steal and waste space, leaving me not enough room to see emails? I pay for a business account. Get rid of the ads!
    Who comes up with these ideas???

    When will you allow us to hyperlink pictures?
    When will you give us full control of sizing pictures?
    Gmail does both, and I am a paying customer for many years!
