    The option to switch back is missing , it's not where you say it is. Put the option to switch back up along the top of the inbox..if you read these comments you clearly see many,many don't like the new mail. Just switch me back ! You're forcing me to stay ,tried it don't like it...switch me back, you have my permission!

    This "new:" format of Yahoo Mail is horrible at best and down right stupid and obnoxious to millions of us Yahoo. Why do you not listen to us ? You keep changing me to the new format and I keep changing it back. Some day I will not be able to change back and then I will leave Yahoo forever.

    The new format is terrible and takes time to use. It is easier to find another carrier, but I like the old format and will stay and see if it comes back.

    I'm not receiving my emails on my browser version. I get them on the mobile version but that's not helping me! Your help sections are not helpful. This is a Yahoo error not a setting error. Never had this kind of problems with the old email.

    Photos in email not displaying. They display on my phone but they do not display when i am on my laptop or another computer. All my security settings are correct. This started happening about three weeks ago. Please fix this!!! I am ready to leave yahoo more more problems everyday.

    Approx 2018 may 10 the style-functionality of my email system (Inbox, etc) changed back to the OLD system which I had approx 16 years ago with Dial-Up which I dislike. Give back to me what I had before 2018 may 10.

    All of the Yahoo improvements are a farce....fire the culprits ....they also ruined Yahoo Finance.....no way to edit stock NOTES...etc. the old format was a delight to use and enjoy.

    After 15 years of investing , I can no longer enjoy the so called improvements....sorry my friend...
