    Does Yahoo ever make a change based on feedback or is this just a waste of time? The service has continued to deteriorate in both the email " upgrades" and also the news reporting. Everything is so obviously bias I really hate the service overall. All the fake websites disguised as news are pathetic.

    Quite asking for me to switch to the new version. I switched once and it was terrible. Fortunately I was able to revert. Unless you can improve your service don't change it.

    Any upgrade from my OLD E-Mail is PURE UNADULTERATED ******** since I do not and NEVER WILL use any of the SO CALLED IMPROVEMENTS NOR ANY of THE APS which where associated to it [ eg NEWS - WEATHER etc ] AND NOTHING MORE THAN SOME SEPTIC SPECIMEN TRYING TO FORCE ME TO ACCEPT SOMETHING I DO NOT NEED OR WANT SINCE MY OLD YAHOO WORKED VERY WELL FOR WHAT I WANTED FROM IT [ ie CONTACT WITH
    FRIENDS OR COMPANIES OR CLUBS WITH WHICH I ASSOCIATE ] - THIS IS
    WHAT I WANT AND NEED NOT SOME USELESS NEW YAHOO SYSTEM FOR
    WHICH I MAY BE REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR OR PAY CERTAIN FEES AND I
    DO NOT AGREE THAT THE ASSOCIATION WITH " OATH " IS WARRANTED
    UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - STOP TRYING TO RAM SUCH IDEAS DOWN
    MY THROAT WHEN I HAVE NO INTENTION TO CHANGE THE STATUS QUO ! !

    we leave feedback and you don not listen. you have changed your format of your page, and yet my feedback i suggested about no pop ups or remembering peoples personal choice in regards to their page options was not listened too..
    so whats the point in asking for our feedback???

    This new format is a dirty trick. My new inbox has ads interspersed between my emails. You've guaranteed that sooner or later I'll click an ad unintentionally. Perhaps that's your new business model: you're hoping that people click the ads on accident or out of ignorance (and if ignorance, then really shame on you!). Banner ads are one thing (and I'll live with them), but you know how often people click them. Maybe you weren't getting enough clicks so you programmed these ads to be right there, right where someone can make a mistake. Poor form. Well, if you're gonna spit in my lemonade, I'll get it someplace else. Move the ads, please.

    You click read emails & then the top stays with a red circle, you have to click back on it that page again. I keep my email page open & it requires 2x to check to clear it. So annoying. I have been with Yahoo for such a long time. And every update gets worse.

    The "Mark emails as read" function at the folder level stopped working about a week ago (around 2018-04-23). That is, clicking the triangle next to a folder and then selecting "Mark emails as read" still leaves all unread emails within the folder unread.

    This occurs regardless of whether that folder is the one currently open. Workaround is to click on each unread email individually to mark them as read.

    I tried to return to classic but the link to do so is inactive - only gives me the option to cancel, and not allow feedback. I like to see my read and unread messages together in order. Where do the messages disappear to when read? I hate that I have to search for them. Please give me back my old format or fix the link so I may do so myself.

    I have used Yahoo for years and I don't want to change but I will if you keep asking me to upgrade each time I login.
