    Switch back instructions don't work any more for me. The "Switch back to classic Mail" button is greyed out. This is ridiculous.

    I want my old mail settings back. I always refused the supposed upgrade and my setting were changed anyway. Please give me the procedure for changing my settings back to the old format.

    The "new and improved" yahoo mail was a waste of time and your money. Not attractive, or easy to use....many items now "hidden". I want an easy to use email not one where I have to play the "search and find" game. Thanks but no thanks. Last email design is much easier to use. Patricia

    I tried to get back under Classic, which is much better/user friendly, but the setting for the change back didn't help-Please get me back -I hate the new format. I enlisted many reasons for feeling this way, but there was no send or post button-how do you "send"?

    I use this for my business and the way Yahoo reformats my letters, makes me look like an idiot. It will break my signature into three pieces, it double spaces anything I copy and paste into an email, however, if I want to tighten it up on my Yahoo it starts reformatting and randomly dropping words down to the next line.

    The new formatting is terrible. Please, fix it. I spent 30 minutes today, just trying to size and space

    This is what it does to anything you copy and paste. PLEASE FIX THE FORMATTING.
    I am begging you as a Yahoo user from way back when y'all when hollering your company name in a cowboy yodel.

    Not happy with the new format in Yahoo mail. If I place an attachment in an email and I want to check it after its attached I can't open it up. Bring back classic.

    Today my yahoo mail automatically switch from classic to new.

    There is no way to switch back to classic as the button to switch back is not greyed out.

    Don't like the new one.

    How switch back?
