    I'm ready for things that help me but your new mail does not. I don't know why you idiots don't give us a choice.I like what I had but you seem to want to do things that are not helpful to me. I suppose my only option is to go to another mail since I tried to change back bu you wouldn't allow it.

    Please let me return to my old format--you tricked me into this--****! Now I cannot find what i want where I want. YOU HAVE A SETTING WHERE I AM SUPPOSEDLY PERMITTED TO 'GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMA'T BUT OF COURSE THAT DOES NOT WORK Hence I say you are FORCING me to use your new system that I don't want.I say ********! and will quit and switch to GoogleMail if you do not get this back!

    /this is awful - all my contacts are missing. Tried to get back to "Classic Mail" and clicking on the "Settings" icon doesn't give me that option. I am very unhappy.

    The old email was great. It was very easy to get the weather, now it requires another step.

    This instruction doesn't work...I can't get back to Classic or any other version that doesn't constantly have a pop up about Whitelist! FIX THIS PLEASE!

    This format is awful but what is worse is the spam I am receiving both in my main acct and spam acct. I want to be able to BLOCK spam. I never changed to the update for this exact reason after reading about the problem but your company automatically did it for me. This is a business acct as well as our personal and I have over 7000 emails and I don't have time to dump spam. I may dump YAHOO!

    either change it back to the old or get back some good photographic themes cause these ones aren't very good.

    I try to return to Classic email, enter a reason, but the only possible tab to hit is "Cancel". The "Return to Classic" doesn't highlight.
