    The new format is unappealing in all aspects. The classic mail is simple and perfect for an email. Now, it changed and it won't let me change back. The hyperlink was removed from "Switch back to classic mail". This is ridiculous...

    i have had problems since day one of your new system. I am tired of trying to adapt to your new system for a year with no success. Nothing by headaches. I have lost emails because your sight would not except the incoming mails address and dropped them. I have had to use another email address in order to receive all of my business mail. I will be dropping all of my yahoo web page and mail. You tried to fix something that was not broken and screwed it up.

    Have no idea what White Listing is and don't know how to change it. Your instructions are not helpful!

    I have no idea what you are referring to with "white mail"....... and I really don't like the way my mail is listed and.......it's so difficult to move mail along the way it is now......; I find myself skipping mail and then having to go back again......all because of the way the list moves to such a sensitive touch. I may not have said this well, but I really liked the way it was before. Fred Haag

    I HATE THIS FORMAT ...REALLY HATE IT..confusing and hard to read. SWITCH ME BACK AND LEAVE ME THERE!!!!
