    new format does not show or allow to refresh. It is unwantedly flashy and offers nothing new. Sorry. Please take me back to the old format....thanks

    I do not like the color of my back ground. My contacts are gone. Please give me back my old format. Email me a phone number that I can use to fix these problems.

    it is not easy to find new email feeds. Very confused. Sometimes, i missed new email. When I search the person's name, the new email just came out.

    When I reply email, the sent email is not seen on the SENT folder.
