    There is no "Print" command on the new email format. I hate this format and go to my contacts as soon as I open my email so I can go through my mail with the old format. Please junk this format and go back to the old one.

    the problem is with the concept that you are "improving' the mail. it's not an improvement, it's just different. it gives designers employment but it doesnt enrich anyones life or experience and in fact it contributes to the growing sense of impermanence and lack of tradition. the typewriter is an example of something that is steadfast - keys have not been reorganized. new ideas are sometimes good- but so are old ones.

    Have y'all figured out this "new" email is not popular? These complaints are the same. How about listening? I think it is called customer service.

    I don't like this new format. I don't want to see the contents as I open it and I don't see how to close it. Go back to the old format please.
