Stop asking me to change to this other format, I am satisfied with the old one, I've had it for years and works well for me, I am sick and tired of it changing every few weeks to this new version.. I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE, How much clearer do I have to be????

Agree with other comments regarding your new format, please give me the full functionality that I previously had (eg the ability to block an email) or restore old version

By not letting me go back to Classic mail, Yahoo is forcing me to use the new style which I think sucks. So I have created a gmail account to use that instead.

The new type of mail sucks!!!! I prefer the old classic mail style which is much user friendly.

these colors are horrible, they are too extreme. i want the classic form back. when i click on that icon, i give my reasons but it won't let me click on sending that reason to you & allowing me to go back to the classic view. you can't even make that work, yet you have time to ruin what was already working just fine.

I want my mail the way it was!!! It was fine. I like it to show the word spam, be able to delete it myself, as I have had to look for something in there, sort of "after the fact". I like having the star, trash can, spam printed on the line (pictured) with the piece of mail. It is much easier. I don't like having color on my mail page. Actually, I am a professional illustrator, artist & interior designer for 35+ years. Please change it back!!! If I knew how to do it I would in a heartbeat! "If it ain't broke...don't fix it" (very old quote) HELP! artistramona@yahoo.com.

I don't like this new set up at all. How do I go back to the old mail. Even the backgrounds are terrible.

you trick us with the newest format and yet we can go back to the 2017 which was great. Ready to leave guys. The sad part is that YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR FEED BACK.

Been with you since home computers were invented. now I can't open an attachment because it bleeds off the right side of my screen. Your system was hacked and it cost me $500 dollars that should have been covered by yahoo. I am thinking class action lawsuit where you pay back everyone hacked that went through the same thing. I should not have to pay an additional bill every month to read my e-mail. I guess it is time to invest in G-mail. that,s what I really think right now as I am shopping for health insurance and can only see the left side of the attachment. oh by the way your service was down between 3:30 pm and 8:30 this morning and the e-mails sent were never resent to my computer. what the **** are you people doing......
