    I came home from work & found my email look has changed including mail boxes, etc. Can i return to the page as it was this morning or do we need to shop for another provider?

    Yes, bring back the old format please. It was easier to read and less busy and distracting.

    When will you give us the option of going back to the old format that was working just fine? Why change something when people are satisfied with what they've got? If the new format were better, that would be one thing, but it's not!

    I like the pretty green color at the top of my email list now with the new email. But I HATE THE DISAPPEARING UP-AND-DOWN SLIDE THING ON THE RIGHT! PLEASE MAKE IT STAY THERE -- NOT DISAPPEAR -- AND ALSO I CANNOT CLICK BELOW IT TO GO DOWN MY EMAIL LIST, WHICH I DO VERY OFTEN. Please make this slide thing stay there so I can see it at all times and also I need to click below it and be able to move down my email list!

    I as well as many others have written to you about making CHANGES without our Permission, YET that doesn't seem to bother you.
    MANY of US LIKE what we have and don't WANT THE CHANGES YOU SHOW US.
    I do understand the YOU are only trying to "IMPROVE" your Product.
    STOP MAKING CHANGES THAT EFFECT HOW I VIEW MY MAIL WITHOUT GIVING ME THE CHANCE TO OPT OUT...........................

    new format is horrible - search mode for prior emails is unpredictable - bad choice to upgrade - how do I return to old format?

    STOP CHANGING MY FORMAT FOR ME! You have asked an annoyingly large amount of times for me to switch to the new format and I have declined - yet more than once I have opened my email to the new format! I HATE IT! I will switch to G-mail if this doesn't stop!

    Is there actually a way to get the old format back? I hate no longer being able to click "news" on the upper banner and also not knowing how many spam messages I have.I was arbitrarily switched, and That erks me.

    Your new email is causing everything to lock up. Either fix and wait until you have the bugs out. I do not feel like waiting for an email to pop up when clicked on. Don't you try these things out first...or do you just like ******* people off!!!!

    HEY, !!! by agreeing to your terms of service means you can change my format up. I designed my page the way i wanted it and now it is different and i cant even find my old screen. i dont know, why change.???????

    The gear icon is gone. You stopped me from switching to old mail.
