    I woke up this morning to discover I had been switched to your new format without my knowledge or consent. I have tried to switch back in settings, but, though the option is there, it seems to be disabled. I simply hate your new format and want the old one back. The new one is too dim for my old eyes to see easily and I'm not interested in spending time learning how to customize the appearance or use new applications that do foolish and worthless things.

    Most of my mail does not appear anywhere on the new format.

    i do not like this new format I can't find my contact list. I don't like this new format. Until it gets working so that it is easier to use and get the contact list etc I don't want to news format. If I keep being put back into the new format i might use another server for my emails. Please fix this.

    Classic is easier to follow and not so CLUTTERED as this new one is.

    Switch me back to Classic, when I take the prompt it doesn't change.

    Why can't you just leave other people's stuff alone? When I went to school they taught that principle of social behavior in Kindergarten. You do not know better what someone else wants let alone needs! .......and the REALLY RUDE thing is that if you click repeatedly the 'NO' button that you do not want to try their new AD/HD ideas they just jam it down your throat anyway. The page is waaaay too busy and distracting.
    So leave my things alone, please. Now give me back my old page, please.

    Stop shoving your "improvements" down my throat. You'd think my not switching to your new format after the countless times you've prompted me to--unasked--would be a hint that I didn't want to switch.

    I hate this and want to go back to my old format this is worse than any prior formats.
