    The new format is absolutely absurd. Are you trying to get rid of users??
    Where has the sender information gone?? How does one select emails for deletion or moving ?? This is about as intuitive as walking blind...
    Not sure what 'category this falls under (ALL)

    Bring back the old format email. This has to be the worst. Every time Yahoo tries to make it better it just makes the email not very user friendly. This format is too big so there is less to see. When Yahoo went to this BETA mail things we had were lost. Some things still don't work right. I use to have a calendar and when BETA came along I would get a blank page and now when I click on clander not a darn thing happens. Don't get me wrong on this as I do like change but this is REALLY bad. I tried it before for a few days but as I said it's too big. and went back to what it was. People should have a choice but Yahoo thinks it knows best and will keep us on this BIG format. Why should everyone be put in something people don't want. The ads on the right side are even seem bigger. Settings use to be easy to get around but not now. Instead of making things easier is going down hill. In the yeas 2000 Yahoo had the GREATEST an #1 email above them all email services. But ever when Yahoo gave us BETA email the service was to be more secure and faster and it was a lie. It is slower and was hacked. Also in email I keep getting NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. Everything else I have connect to the internet was working except Yahoo mail. You can't fix not being connected to the internet and not fixing the calendar that I can't use but you can give the users a new email format that is less usable being so BIG. Please give the ones who don't want this new format the option of going back.

    If its not broken DON'T fix it. This format is nasty to look at. Everything is blocky looking. The color contrast is way too bright and annoy me and your fake background scenes are generic looking. I want a background that isn't so bold or one that looks real. The side where the folders are I used to see how many was in spam, drafts and trash before I opend the folder up to see what I had. Not on the new version. The only folder that shows I have anything new in it is the inbox. I don't like all of the delete, archive, etc buttons in the middle of the screen. I tried the new version 6-7 months ago and hated it and I don't want it now. QUIT TRYING TO FORCE IT ON ME. SO F*** OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    you offer an option 'switch back to classic mail' but this cannot be used as it is not activated. mildly put, this is not nice of you. i like to have the classic outlook please.

    Get rid on this new email it looks like a kid made it up. Your settings tab won't respond to request to go back. Disappointed you changed me over without asking permission.

    Not keen on the new layout, I don't need the search box at the top it takes too much space, also the colours not great, needed to use the lightest. I preferred the old layout, even thought it had flaws!
