    the new format has changed the font size and the facility of restoring it is not there.
    Neither is the spell facility.
    Please restore old setting.

    You had a good item but some halfwit decided that their idea must be better than the tried and true.Teach them to clean blocked toilets they have no talent in this area

    I've already tried the new format in the past and didn't like it and you keep trying to coerce me into accepting it. Having given up on that it looks like you decided to just force the issue and, without my permission, changed the old for new anyway. Naughty.

    I hate this format. I want my old one back! I cannot read the text on any background. I want black text on a slightly darker background. Why mend something that was not broken. We are not children so why we need background pictures I do not know. Someone trying to justify their job but designing something worse!

    I agree!!! I can't down any pics from my messages. I never asked to have my email changed! I loged in one day and they had changed it!

    I keep trying to switch back, and a box pops up asking for feedback, with a button that looks like it can be clicked to take me back to classic mail… But it does not click, it does not do anything. Please fix this so I can get back to classic mail and away from this new nightmare!

    Just leave our e/mail alone. You keep changing the format, and I hate it as why change things if they are not broken, have you all nothing better to do?

    Why the in-your-face colors? Why the blocky design? Why not provide interface that at least tries to replicate the former style for people who were comfortable with it? Why do I have to contend with ads being shown with my mail?
