    I don't know why you must insist on changing things. It was great before. Every time you change it you make it harder to find things, particularly when people have time constraints. I am seriously considering moving my email to another provider. New brooms trying to sweep clean. It is so frustrating when you are busy and suddenly up pops some ridiculous change because some lala idiot who works for you must try and force their stupid screen view onto everyone else. I don't know about others but I certainly don't need you to do my thinking for me.

    I DID NOT EVEN AGREE TO TRY THE NEW FORMAT. JUST GIVE ME BACK MY COMFORTABLE OLD FORMAT

    I cannot even see the font - it is too small and too light. The format is NOT user friendly. Everythhing in the old style was easy to navigate. You guys fixed it to some weird model and broke a system that worked better.

    I HATE the new mail -- it is AWFUL. If I can't get back what I had before I will change servers, which I've already been considering anyway.
