    Fix the d#mn program and get me back to my old Yahoo mail format. I do NOT want this new one. You changed it without my permission!!!!!!

    why the childish background, did you send your it people to kindergarten where they learnt bad habits. why mess with people and give things they DON'T WANT.

    START AGAIN
    Your company has no doubt been hacked - everything does not function well. My mobile has glitches saying it has problem reading the page....then the desktop does not respond to deleting mail and it took 5 minutes to open up the this feedback page. Then on mobile, you have crammed so much ads between news, it makes more glitches in trying to read and progress through the news. I have been with Yahoo for 20yrs - I am thinking of dumping it - due to poor UX and customer service.

    cannot create new folder with this new format. do not like at all. give me back my old format PLS

    I have to hunt for the check boxes on the left and the subdued text to thr right is useless. You have to strain to read it. Folks your colors are too soft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. How do get back what I had on the old e-mail????????????????

    I did not request this new format which threw me off balance. I have not had time to decipher and understand the format. For now I want to stay with the old format.

    I strongly prefer that you Ask me and Wait for my response Before you change or "up date" what you think is best for me.I barely get use too the way you have changed it the last ????? times and you change it again! I prefer that you leave my e-mail alone, back ground/foreground/side ground. You do not have my permission to change it. Thank You.
