    This is purely a change for the sake of a change - Why, oh why, do my DRAFTS in the DRAFT section have to have a word in reminding me it is a ........ DRAFT?
    And the "personalized" initial letters for every contact are childish.

    I and many others hate your new formate. Please return me to the old formate or I will be forced to move to another site such as Gmail or others

    The list of options and icons are not visible. Preferably, you should return to the old mail. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!
    If you must keep it, at least darken the text to make it visible.

    Change for the sake of change just confuses people. There are already too many new things to learn in our crazy world, without you changing something very basic and already user friendly.

    I couldn't find the spam file. Sometimes things end up in Spam that shouldn't go there and I have to go there and put them where they should be. If I can't find the spam file, I can't do that.

    I like to see more of the mail items on the screen versus just 3. I really hate the new mailbox. Please get me back to my old format!
