    I KEEP ADDING THE SAME CONTACT IN MY CONTACT LIST AND IT JUST DISAPPEARS EACH TIME FOR NO GOOD REASON.

    at least before I could block some of the spam I was receiving so I wouldn't receive it again now I can't block I don't understand how we wind up with some much spam anyway I have email from women wanting *** I DID NOT subscribe to

    The new email is ******. Can't extend my screen to read the emails. Poorly set up. If you ask someone to change and they say no....what part of no don't the ignorant ones understand!!!
    CHANGE IT BACK OR LOOSE CUSTOMERS!

    features for sending not there, search for old e-mails lacking and the block feature is not present

    i DON'T LIKE THE IDEA OF USING MY CELL PHONE TO GET INTO MY OWN EMAIL,IN MY OWN HOUSE, ON MY OWN COMPUTER. I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OLD LAY OUT.

    I bought my laptop because of windows take over on my pc. Now this new format even though I did not Do this but said no to it. I cannot wait to buy a pc, and lap top with other programming that I can control what happens to it.

    I do NOT like the new format. I don't find easy on my vision. The old format is very compfortable , easy to use and I like the looks of of it! PLEASE RETURN ME TO MY FAVORITE FORMAT AND STOP MESSING WITH IT! I WON'T CHANGE MY MIND. SALLEE SEVERANCE
