    The new format is far to cluttered, slow to respond to actions taken,and difficult to navigate.

    The new interface is awful. Looks cheap and cartoonish, difficult to look at. Feels even worse. Laggy, unresponsive.

    If it's not broken, don't fix it. Did you ever hear that? Just like this "message/idea" board. You wanted my feedback and this is where the link went to. Quit the lying and chicanery. This is ATT games, they think they know better then everyone else. Just like the selection box above. You have taken a no contact approach to yahoo members. Why don't you go fix AOL and stay there.

    I don't want the new mail, and I've told you that on each occasion when you've asked (automatically, I assume). Please return me to my old mail, which I find much more comfortable and easy to use. Being automatically switched, as you did to me, is highly irritating and disrespectful of your customers' preferences.
