    I don't like the new format and have said MANY times no to changing so I log in today and it is changed. I don't like it change me back please!

    I do not like the new format and I resent you imposing it on me. I did not click approval and yet you converted me. Please stop this and return me to the old format. Not all changes are good.

    I accidently signed out of my old yahoo mail account and had trouble signing back in so i read did my password and it gives me this new format and now i have none of the emails i had saved and i would like my old format back and my emails that i didnt delete. Please

    I DID NOT CLICK APPROVAL FOR THIS CHANGE, AND I DONT WANT THE NEW FORMAT. AT AGE 78 CHANGES ARE NOT EASY....FAMILIARITY IS IMPORTANT, LEARNING NEW THINGS IS TOO CHALLENGING. THANK YOU

    At least with the old format it let you know if you had any SPAM or TRASH and how many. Definitely like the old format better. Please give it back

    At my age 80 any change is an effort.... but not learning means less and less availible to work with. I'm saying leave an out for the ol'timers..... please...... thank you.

    I AM TOTALLY OFFENDED THAT YOU WOULD CHANGE MY FORMAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

    Since signing up for the new format, I have lost all my CONTACTS and now I cannot
    receive mails. I have used YAHOO MAIL for over 20 years. now I am stuck and frustrated.
    1. CANNOT RECEIVE MAILS. 2. l HAVE LOST ALL MY CONTACTS.
    Please tell me how I can recover my CONTACTS.
