    I've been trying for 10 minutes to get my old email back and all I do is go around in circles. If I don't get my old email back I guess I'll switch to Gmail...

    I want the choice which format I use and you keep changing my email to the new one. I don't like. Change my email back to the old one.

    I absolutely hate this new format!!! Why do you keep asking us to try a new format until you finally just change it over without our permission. If I say once that I don't want to change to a new format, stop asking!!
