    i cant open my attachment files its a solid mastercam files everytime i download it it converts into some kind of a general file or archive file so cant be read by my program

    Every time Yahoo has a new version, there is chaos. Cant find buttons where they are supposed to be. No intimation is given to the user about the changes. In the new version I cannot fin the contacts, which is crucial for adding changing contacts. How can I get back the previous version? Extensive testing with pilot groups is needed and good documentation must be provided to the user. I am wasting my precious time trying to relearn a product that should be working well and without hiccups.

    My send button disappears. So I CAN'T REPLY to emails. What the heck is going on? New features seem to have de-stabilized the basic email functions.

    Just return to the old format...it worked great. This one doesn't and I may be forced to go to gmail...
