    The new format has only one thing to warrant comment: it is new. It is not more functional, it causes me confusion when trying to reply to a multiple thread conversation. The new format does not make things easier, it is just something that I have to try to learn how to use to do simple things. If it ain't broke, stop trying to fix it. I'm tired of dealing with unwarranted upgrades that ***** up how things work - like the recent Windows 10 update that messed up my VPN connectivity and my wife's games, or the Firefox upgrades that degrade the functionality of the app. Stop intruding on my experience by putting up a notification that an upgrade is available and demanding that I do the upgrade. If I'm happy with what I have, BACK OFF. I can't figure out what the new Yahoo mail has that is better. It is not intuitively obvious to me why this update is better than the old format.

    I do not like this at all! It is hard to read and the options to make it easier to read are nonexistent.

    What a load of ******** this new system is! Doesn't even work!! I need my good old trusted system back please that actually sent emails! Can we have returned as soon as possible. I have some important legal stuff that needs sending through. I can't have this new tosh of a "system".
