    What happened to my trash and spam tot click on?. I can't see any way of getting rid of that that is in my email.

    Terrible design shrunk folder column in order to expand advertisement column. Not acceptable!!

    I also hate the new format; very slow to download attachments and I don't need dialog boxes
    popping up getting in front of my mail asking me if I want to delete e mails I don't always open.

    I want old format back.

    What A Terrible Set Up and Idea. Change Is Not Always Good. How Many People Were Paid To Come up With That Mess ??? Just Let me be with the old mail please

    WOW.... they express the same issues I am dealing with
    I am so pleased others are able to explain their frustrations so clearly
    My thanks to them....certainly not to Yahoo
    Finally, I thought with the departure of Melissa Mayer, "things would get better"

    Yahoo has been and continues to be a disaster
    As soon as I get computer literate I am switching mail provider
