    I don't like ads in the middle of my conversations. I like to retrieve things from the spam folder that do't belong there and there are conversations that went to trash and I have no access to that. Please return me to the old format. Thank you.

    I will never be ready for the new mail.. please leave my mail alone in Yahoo or else i will have to go to google.

    I need help... I must have hit something because I cannot see my emails unless I hit the checkmark button at the top of the page. Help me to see my emails all the time

    I tried following these directions and when I click on the icon I get: Account. Help. Suggestions.
    There is nothing that says to switch back to classic email. What do I do now?
